今天我們這間民宿必需中午12：00退房，我們必需換到離機場就近的旅館住，方便我們明天凌晨5點前出發去機場搭機。Today we have to check out of our B&B at 12:00 noon, and we have to change to a hotel close to the airport so that we can leave for the airport before 5 a.m. tomorrow morning.
所以，我們早上整理完行李，也算告別胡志明市中心區！離開民宿我們先打車來吃午餐，今天午餐吃Pizza 4P's，這間披薩在越南挺有名氣，用餐也建議事先預約。Pizza 4P's 是由日本夫妻於 2011 年在越南胡志明市創立的超人氣日義混血手工披薩餐廳。以其自製新鮮乳酪、極致的窯烤薄皮披薩與招牌義大利麵聞名，目前在越南（胡志明、河內、峴港等）、柬埔寨及日本皆有分店。So, after we packed our luggage in the morning, we said goodbye to the central area of Ho Chi Minh City! After leaving the B&B, we took a taxi to have lunch. Today we had Pizza 4P's for lunch. This pizza restaurant is quite famous in Vietnam. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance for dining. Pizza 4P's is a super popular Japanese-Italian handmade pizza restaurant founded in 2011 by a Japanese couple in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Famous for its homemade fresh cheese, ultimate kiln-baked thin-crust pizza and signature pasta, it currently has branches in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Da Nang, etc.), Cambodia and Japan.
我們點了 #海鮮水果沙拉。新鮮生菜搭配番茄、蝦仁與清甜的水果丁，灑上帕馬森起司，再以橄欖油與檸檬汁調味，酸甜清爽。還有 #布拉塔起司紅醬義大利麵，起司都是由自家農場製作的，然後提供 #Pizza雙拼口味 (Half & Half) 的服務喔，這樣能夠一箭雙鵰雙口味還滿棒的！我們點了3種起司口味pizza和海鮮口味。送餐上來的時候，會順帶附上一些蜂蜜，享用這份雙拼淋上蜂蜜變成鹹甜滋味We ordered #seafoodfruitsalad. Fresh lettuce is paired with tomatoes, shrimps and sweet diced fruits, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, and seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice, which is sweet and sour. 餐後打車來到西貢孟清酒店辦理入住，是一間分別獨立3張單人床房型，很舒適便利，離機場不到十分鐘車程，是隔天搭機住宿好選擇。After the meal, we took a taxi to Sai Kung Meng Ching Hotel to check in. It is a separate 3 single bed room type, very comfortable and convenient, less than ten minutes drive from the airport, is a good choice for the next day flight accommodation.
我們休息到下午打算出門，結果外面竟然一片黑，妹妹的經驗值告訴我們，等下就能體驗到越南的狂風暴雨，越南通常落在 5月至11月，常是午後雷陣雨或暴雨形式，雨勢通常來得快、去得也快。因為路上排水系統不完善，所以雨後甚至可能發生短暫淹水現象。We rested until the afternoon intending to go out, the results outside even dark, sister's experience value told us, wait to experience Vietnam's violent storm, Vietnam usually falls in May to November, often afternoon thunderstorms or torrential rain form. 今天是來到越南第三天，早上一樣睡飽飽，在民宿避暑到10：30打車出發，中餐準備去吃海鮮大餐，這間是位於越南胡志明市知名 #Bitexco金融塔內，目前主打海鮮吃到飽的餐廳，位於大樓4樓的 Buffet Cửu Vân Long Premium，裡面有很多新鮮的小卷，還有螃蟹跟花蟹，大隻泰國蝦，蝦蟹是用水煮清蒸，可以吃到海鮮的鮮甜，也有各式酸汁跟沙嗲的調味料可自行搭配，還有各式各樣的螺類蛤貝類，除了海鮮，還有多樣化的熟食、日式料理、燒烤和甜點，越南在地特色美食（河粉，春捲）每一道都讓人感受到用心。餐廳的服務人員也非常親切，補菜速度也很快，讓人取餐時完全不用擔心空盤。唯一缺點是飲料要另外單點，其餘都覺得非常棒！每人台幣800多能吃到這樣新鮮海鮮很值得。
飯後，直接走到購票櫃台，來購買Saigon Skydeck 觀景台門票，準備上去參觀越南胡志明市的金融塔，其49樓設有「#西貢摩天觀景台（Saigon Skydeck）」。旅客能在此搭乘高速電梯直達49樓，以360度零死角視野俯瞰西貢河與胡志明市全景。
看完高樓美景，也品嚐完海鮮美食，我們打車來到 #安東市場：是越南南部最大的批發市場，主要出售當地海味、服裝、乾果、咖啡和紀念品等，這很多會華語的商店。我們抵達時非常冷清，因為昨天是越南統一紀念日，所以今天5/1算連續假期，很多商家都放假了，只有零星少數幾間有開而已。
所以我們在安東市場停留沒有很久，我們又打車回去歌劇院，因為我們昨天沒有搭到雙層露天巴士，決定改今天下午近傍晚搭乘，這個時間搭車也比較不熱，結果因為連續假期關係，好多人排隊要搭雙層露天巴士，我們也稍微排隊一下，才順利搭上觀光巴士。

115.4.30（四）來到西貢的第二天，這次來越南完全是彈性+隨性，不趕行程，早上就是睡到自然醒概念，最主要越南炎熱的天氣，每天一早起床看見窗外那熱情如火的陽光，就直感離開沒有冷氣的地方是有多麼熱，所以早上妹妹帶媽媽去樓下逛逛當地接地氣的傳統市場，買了許多水果（媽媽點名想吃的山竹，榴槤）還有香蕉，竟然還有草莓耶？我的天呀～這裡這麼熱，還有草莓，很小顆，確實也不太好吃，不酸也不甜！還買了椰子汁，豆花（這裡豆花是加上薑片還有粉角）味道更提味，一點也不違口感。115.4.30 (Thursday) The second day after arriving in Saigon. 我們早上就在民宿休息，吃著這些買回來的水果豆花，還有昨晚買的鮮奶當早午餐概念！約莫中午左右才出發，打車來逛 #檳城市場 Ben Thanh 是西貢 (Saigon) 最大、最古老的市場之一，佔地超過 13,000 平方米，擁有超過 1,500 個攤位。市場分為不同的區域，方便遊客探索。乾貨、紀念品和手工藝品集中在一個區域，而新鮮農產品、海鮮和街頭小吃攤則位於另一個區域。逛完濱城市場繼續逛 #Saigon_Square，這裡類似台北的室內五分埔，有開冷氣逛起來舒服許多，這裡貨源充足，Nike、The North Face、Kipling衣服包包等舉凡越南代工廠製作的產品...這邊通通有，至於是否是仿冒品?就自己心中評價吧～我幫老公孩子買了Nike外套衣服褲子，品質我自己覺得很滿意耶！據說也都是工廠流出。殺完價一件大約200台幣，品質很優。We rested at the B&B in the morning and ate these fruit and tofu puddings we bought and the fresh milk we bought last night for brunch! 走逛完這兩區，媽媽又累累了！不能走太多路，於是我們打算再躲去室內，想說現在按摩洗頭時間還太早，所以妹妹決定帶我們去修剪指甲，妹妹說越南的修剪指甲服務以極高的性價比與獨特的手工技術聞名，很多來越南工作的外地人，都是一試成主顧，從此就不自己剪指甲了！指甲處理內容：從基礎保養，通常僅進行純剪短、修圓與簡單拋光，還有手足深層保養、去角質、死皮修剪、甘皮處理、凝膠光療及手工彩繪等！所以我和媽媽體驗了修剪保養+光療指甲，妹妹只有純粹修剪+膠原蛋白睫毛捲翹，這樣避暑行程又能把手足變美美也粉棒。After walking around these two areas, my mother was tired again! 做完美美的手足保養，我們準備提早吃晚餐去，今天我們吃「#94螃蟹炒冬粉」是越南胡志明市第一郡（ Quận 1）的超人氣蟹料理名店 Quán Thuý 94 - Miến Cua 的招牌美食——蟹肉炒冬粉（Miến Xào Cua）。這家餐廳屢獲米其林指南推薦，以滿滿的鮮甜蟹肉與Q彈冬粉聞名。我們點了 #蟹肉炒冬粉：用料很實在，每一口都吃得到厚實肥美的蟹肉塊，冬粉吸飽"海鮮"，鮮甜好吃。#蟹肉湯：濃稠滑順，蟹肉細緻，味道鮮甜，整體喝起來非常暖胃。#酥炸軟殼蟹：螃蟹外的酥皮炸衣很像台式酥炸粉，厚度剛好，脆度也掌握恰如其分，一口咬下連殼帶肉都能吃，口感超級加分。#蟹肉炒飯： 越南米飯偏乾，有點像泰國長米，因為蟹肉炒冬粉太好吃，反而覺得這道炒飯倒成了平凡而已。After taking good care of our hands and feet, we are going to have an early dinner. 今年3月初，Trip給我跳出優惠機票訊息，剛好是越捷飛胡志明的機票！我點進去看機票來回價位很可以，我可以休假的日期區間並問妹妹時間，剛好妹妹不需請太多天假，其中一天4 月 30 日是越南最重要的國定假日之一，南方解放日，又稱統一日。所以，就這樣敲定決定帶媽媽一起去越南旅行提早慶祝母親節概念，然後也讓媽媽感受一下，她二女兒工作生活多年的城市模樣。
決定出發前，有一些前置作業必需自己完成，就是 #越南簽證 ，旅客前往越南旅遊或出差必須事先申請簽證，目前最推薦的方式是辦理「電子簽證（e-Visa）」，自己上網操作比較省錢，但是要先做功課如何填寫。接著，行程就交給妹妹在地安排，主要就是漫活吃喝按摩放鬆即可，我把妹妹打的Excel行程丟給Ai Gemini不但幫我分析行程，結果Ai幫我檢視行程優缺點，還幫我做出一張圖文並茂行程圖，實在太給力了。
今天我們是從台南搭火車，抵達高雄站轉高雄捷運到小港機場，已經很久沒有從高雄小港起飛，這次也是媽媽第一次從小港飛體驗。然後，今天搭乘 #越捷航空 真是很搖晃，起飛和下降真的很不平穩，座位就是單排座位為 左三右三配置，不過廉價航空，超低票價對得起整體的乘機硬體與服務。
抵達越南 #新山一機場，入境排隊時間平均約需 30至60分鐘，尖峰時段（如 09:00 - 18:00 或航班集中抵達時）甚至可能耗時達 1至2小時。所以入境可以買快速通關這概念，旅客可透過購買專人引導的 VIP 快速通關服務來省去 1 至 3 小時的排隊等待，單趟費用約合台幣800～1200不等。
我們不趕時間，實測排隊時間約1小時，感覺也還好，出來後很特別的，完全不用等行李轉盤，是行李已經在那邊等妳來拿概念。

#江朵拉8歲下巴撕裂傷 115.04.10受傷-115.04.22拆線
早上剛上班不久，永信國小就致電家長說孩子跌倒受傷，可能要帶去縫合，於是爸爸把朵拉帶來奇美急診評估，醫生說測量有0.5cm，要縫合！全程朵拉依如既往勇敢，沒有哭，縫合3針後包紮，爸爸就送回學校上課。
其實爸爸已經把朵拉書包都帶回家了，原本要讓孩子放假，我說又沒有怎樣，下巴處理好就能上課，朵拉這時也自己回覆：對呀！我要回去上課，因為今天中餐有波霸奶茶，哎！不是用功認真，果真是朵拉特質，愛吃。
這次受傷，也和朵拉機會教育，以後要小心注意安全，走路要專心看前面，否則受傷害還要縫，傷口痛！

今日是購買11：30船班回金門，所以基本上今天就是睡飽飽起床，然後10點出發打車去五通碼頭搭船！但是覺得住這5天，酒店地點這麼棒，樓下就是中山路步行街，旁邊還有廈門最接地氣的八市海鮮市場就在隔壁，感覺沒有去逛下挺可惜的，於是早上還是決定起早去八市。
#廈門八市（第八海鮮市場）是位於思明區的百年傳統市場，被譽為「#廈門人的廚房」，鄰近中山路。這裡海鮮新鮮種類多，價錢實惠，白天是本地人採買的熱鬧早市，下午至晚上則化身遊客「逛吃」美食的聖地，是體驗地道閩南市井味與尋找古早味小吃的必去景點。市場內有許多海鮮攤檔，種類豐富，許多海鮮是從第一碼頭上岸的。遊客常在此購買海鮮後，到周邊的代客加工餐廳享用。
這次五天廈門旅心得：除了主要任務辦理各種需要證件門號銀行卡，也體驗了 #足浴按摩，這個簡直就是無腦耍廢吃按摩，完全不用安排行程，就可以享受一天的放空舒適，再來就是 #廈門的海鮮自由，因為地理優勢與源頭直供：廈門位於福建沿海，擁有豐富的海洋資源，許多海鮮直接從臨近的漁港上岸，縮短了運輸距離，降低了運輸和冷鏈成本，新鮮度高價格也非常便宜，這次漁緯港海鮮，朱富貴海鮮都吃到懷疑人生，怎麼這麼便宜呀？
廈門是一座 #獨特的海上花園城市，生活文化以閩南文化為核心，語言上則展現了閩南語與普通話並存的雙語現象。廈門話閩南語： 舊稱「廈語」，屬於閩南語泉漳片，是廈門傳統的本土語言。廈門話與台灣的閩南語通行腔（台灣話台語）交流基本無礙還十分契合親切感！

今日玩什麼=體驗大陸動車，感覺這次自由行很了不起，全部都是新體驗，自己解鎖所有技能，有點冒險有點刺激，一直再闖關，但是每個關卡其實都挺容易的啦～畢竟語言通，更何況還是台語馬也通，真的是感覺玩台灣概念，只是這裡是台灣的進階版塊，更便宜，更方便，更好玩。
今天我們要闖關去 #泉州，來到廈門站搭動車，在12306線上完成訂票即可， #12306是中國鐵路唯一的官方火車票網路售票平台，由中國國家鐵路集團有限公司營運。其名稱源自全國統一的鐵路客戶服務電話，意為鐵路服務的一站式平台，提供查詢、訂票、退票、改簽等服務，常被稱為「鐵路12306」，加入這個App就必需把自己台胞證資料建置好，因為訂車票，人數就必需帶入搭車人的資料，之後抵達車站是直接憑台胞證刷證進站，不需再額外兌換實體票卷的喔！從廈門搭動車到泉州只需要50分鐘車程，時速每小時200共里。
#泉州位於福建省東南部是一座半城煙火半城仙的國家歷史文化名城，也是古代「海上絲綢之路」的起點及世界遺產城市。這裡信仰多元、文化包容，保留了大量的宋元古蹟與傳統習俗，被譽為「世界宗教博物館」。泉州文化多元、城市內有超過 6,000 座廟宇，兼容佛教、伊斯蘭教、天主教、基督教、道教等。最具代表性的有千年古剎「開元寺」、「東西塔」、中國最早的清真寺之一「清淨寺」等。
我們打車來到泉州開元寺，它福建省內規模最大的佛教寺院，內有著名的東西雙塔（鎮國塔、仁壽塔）。西街是緊鄰開元寺旁邊街道，展現了宋元時期的閩南風格建築，西街不僅展現了多元宗教文化，更有文青咖啡館、在地小吃（如芋頭餅，土筍凍，八婆婆仙草，肉粽）和緊鄰東西塔的地理位置，成為熱門的旅遊文創小吃街區。在開元寺這裡有泉州「小白車」，是穿梭於泉州古城區的迷你型純電動觀光巴士，8人座，招手即停，票價每人2元人民幣。主要行駛範圍涵蓋中山路、西街、開元寺等核心古城景點，採定線不定點運營，是當地極具特色的「網紅」交通工具。

今日去哪裡玩？我直接上攜程旅遊App下單縱四方旅行社的行程安排，訂購漳州土樓一日遊活動，全程包含來回接送車資，景點門票，導覽員解說，土樓農家菜中餐，下午豬肉麵點心，一人台幣約1400元。Where to play today? 逛完以上漳州土樓群，我們搭車回到廈門已經晚上7點多，途中車經 #海滄大橋 橋塔採用門式結構，橋柱線條流暢優美，享有「東渡飛虹」的美譽。夜晚時分，大橋燈火輝煌，是欣賞廈門都市夜景的最佳地點。我們在酒店附近下車後回房間放好東西，直接打車出發來明發廣場，#明發廣場為廈門市最大間的Shoppingmall，位於最主要四條街道的交會點，蓮前大道、湖濱南路、厦禾路、嘉禾路，交通非常方便。廣場內包含了購物百貨、休閒娛樂、各國美食餐廳、生活用品等等，為非常多元化的商場。因為網友推薦這裡配眼鏡很便宜，所以找了網友推薦的 #八土鏡坊讓芝榛去配一副新眼鏡，而我則是到附近的南北乾貨店，找了這間 #昶鑫榮乾貨店購買珠貝，香菇，開心果，老闆娘溫姊很健談幽默，也和我聊自己當初在廈門購房心路歷程，感覺一見如故，開心廈門旅遇到一位講話中肯的在地人並給與購屋的建議，當然也順利買到超值優惠的乾貨。After visiting the above-mentioned Zhangzhou Tulou Group, we took a bus back to Xiamen at around 7pm. 晚餐我們在明發廣場的大排檔吃 #李楊東北鐵鍋燉 ，在電視節目介紹上看過，今天能體驗到覺得很新奇新鮮！東北鐵鍋燉是中國東北地區最具代表性的傳統美食之一，以「萬物皆可燉」的包容性著稱。它最大的特色是使用嵌入式的大鐵鍋，靈魂配菜：經典標配包含玉米餅（又稱貼餅子）、老麵饅頭或「蓋被子」（在鍋頂邊鋪上一層麵餅吸取湯汁）。常見口味為鐵鍋燉排骨、雞或鵝，配菜常有馬鈴薯、白菜、豆角，玉米，鍋邊餅子吸滿湯汁，軟糯香濃。For dinner, we had #李阳 Northeastern Iron Pot Stew at the food stall in Mingfa Plaza. We had seen it on the TV program introduction, and I felt it was very novel and fresh to experience it today! 廈門閃旅其實並不在預期內，只是心中一直有想法衝動 #我想有大陸門號 #我更想有大陸銀行卡，就是很初衷有這個小念頭，上網看機票船票覺得便宜就訂了！！
至於為什麼？是一種趨勢，拉近自己與大陸 #同步進步的趨勢，這裡沒有任何政治立場，只是追求自己眼裡看到，心中感覺的高度與寬度！要讓自己跳出台灣所框限的。
有大陸門號等於可以註冊很多大陸的App，除了旅遊性質必備的App(如美團，攜程，12306，滴滴打車，大眾點評，高德）其他我喜歡涉獵的房地產資訊類（舉凡58同城，安客居，貝殼找房）甚至大陸銀行App...等都是我很大動機需要擁有一個大陸門號原因！
這次經由小三通前往廈門是我第二次經驗了，上次小三通是13年前的事，上次記憶中的廈門就是搭船看土樓，這次再訪10年前後的廈門，廈門已處於從「島內時代」向「島內外一體化」邁進的關鍵期，城市景觀、旅遊風貌與市民生活都發生了顯著的大進步變化。

朵拉幼兒園畢業我就停掉游泳
一直到今年2月偶然看到永康國中這個育樂營招生廣告，看下上課時間及課堂，覺得週六下午時間很完美，而且學校已經貼心把清明連假，51連假，月考週的週六停課，這樣安排實在深得我心，當然立即報名讓朵拉恢復一下曾經學過自由式的游泳記憶。
今天陪朵拉來游泳，感覺環境很不！雖然兩個姐姐以前就報名永康國中這個游泳營，但是印象中那時候泳池只給小孩進去，家長只能在外面，這次進去順便教導朵拉認識更換衣服女更衣室怎麼走。因為有時候週六是我值班，必需換爸爸載，先教朵拉下次爸爸載，要自己走去女更衣室更換衣服，游泳後，身體用浴巾擦乾，換上自己便服，回家再洗澡，如果頭髮有溼，更衣室裡有吹風機要自己先吹乾，再整理好衣服袋子走出去找爸爸會合。
今天這個C班上課時段（14：40～16：10）人數挺多，老師帶大家先做熱身操，做完後開始口頭詢問孩子會不會游泳，如果會，會幾種游泳方式（蝶式，仰式，自由式），然後是稍微會游泳需要拿浮板幫忙的，另一種是完全不會游泳的！就醬一群孩子瞬間很快分成6種程度的班，1老師大約帶5位孩子，帶到朵拉的老師外號叫橘子，我覺得老師挺會教導的，先叫孩子示範一次自己跳游出去，從旁邊觀察了解孩子之前大概進度，然後針對孩子本身狀況切入直接教導，及導正一些錯誤游泳姿勢，這是我在旁邊椅子區家長視角觀察到的。
下課後，朵拉自己滔滔不絕跟我分享橘子老師剛剛用一些動物口訣解釋如何教導她（例如鱷魚游，下巴往下，嘴巴要閉起）其中也有丟玩具沉到水底，讓孩子嘴巴大口吸氣，鼻子冒泡泡吐氣，游進水底撿起動物玩具～以上是課後朵拉敘述分享的。
相隔約1.5年，這個游泳開啟了美好的練習序章，不僅離家近方便家長接送，永康國中游泳池環境也相當不錯！老師的教導很用心，一看就是經驗老道的老師群，很會引導孩子，朵拉自己對自己相隔略久沒有游泳，這第一堂課開啟，似乎幫忙她找回之前游泳的感覺，從她課後滿滿分享覺得很值得

這個活動是去年6月就報名，今天陪兩個女兒參加由中山醫學大學舉辦的數位牙醫職涯體驗，課程由楊世煌博士全程親自講解介紹，介紹中山牙醫發展，讓我們知道中山醫是牙科起家的，在學校里牙醫系的地位跟醫學系相當，然後牙醫系的資源非常好，很多新穎機器設備！
今天還實際操作最新數位科技與專業實作課程，透過動手操作，親身體驗現代牙科醫療的創新發展。其中 #Simodont牙醫模擬訓練儀提供擬真的臨床操作環境，使學員能夠模擬診療過程，體驗牙科的精細操作與觸感；操作如何洗牙清除牙結石，如何定位磨掉蛀牙，還有牙科 #間接視野塗佈練習，主要透過牙科口鏡映射，在狹小空間內進行精細操作，訓練空間認知與雙手靈巧度。練習關鍵在於「持筆式」持握器械、穩固支點、保持口鏡乾燥清晰，並於模擬模具杯子內的圖上進行塗畫...等3種實作體驗。這個持筆稱為手機筆，教授介紹這支筆是他們3D列印設計出來，筆上還刻有CSMU代表中山醫學大學英文縮寫。
透過實際操作沉浸式學習，了解牙科基礎技能，孩子平時固定定期每半年看牙醫，今天角色互換坐在檢查椅上實作，才知道這份職業的不容易，雙手+眼如何運用協調，還要有極具耐心的專注力。今天全程也感受到楊世煌博士非常親切，實作體驗都在孩子身邊，手把手教導，訂正調整正確姿勢，真的非常用心，#這個體驗是完全免費，系上的學生志工也是無私無償付出自己時間來幫忙引導實際操作，身為家長給這間學校這個科系評分不只100分了，謝謝貴校願意把這個棒的資源，提供給孩子職涯認識。
